Unclear and disheartening cause/effect system, for instance:
You find a scarf and without further information given have to figure out to whom it belongs. If you have bad luck and find the right person first, you cannot get further hints from other people. Hints, that would otherwise translate into more XP.
Or you have to stop a nurse from blackmailing a vampire for money. You can kill her, let her go or use your "mesmerize" ability to convince her that the blackmailing is wrong. I used the latter, this vampire ability and BOOM: I go to bed to save and next thing I've been told is that the nurse went crazy over this and THE WHOLE DISTRICT with FIFTEEN people and 6 side quests IS DEAD NOW. ALL 15 NPC I haven't even talked with are all DEAD now and all - I think 6 - side quests are gone forever.
