What do you eat? How many calories?
Here's what I eat on a typical day.
BREAKFAST
- 3 boiled eggs
- 3 slices of brown bread
(~400 calories)
LUNCH
1 shake containing the following:
- 250ml milk
- 120g oats
- 2 medium bananas
- 2tbsp peanut butter
- 50g mass gainer
(~1250 calories)
DINNER
Same as lunch
(~1250 calories)
SNACKS
- 20g cashew nuts.
- 20g raisins
- 8-10 almonds
- ~70g peanuts
(~650 calories)
Total calories: ~3550
Note: I use a kitchen scale to weigh my food.
