What do you eat? How many calories?

Here's what I eat on a typical day.

BREAKFAST
- 3 boiled eggs
- 3 slices of brown bread
(~400 calories)

LUNCH
1 shake containing the following:
- 250ml milk
- 120g oats
- 2 medium bananas
- 2tbsp peanut butter
- 50g mass gainer
(~1250 calories)

DINNER
Same as lunch
(~1250 calories)

SNACKS
- 20g cashew nuts.
- 20g raisins
- 8-10 almonds
- ~70g peanuts
(~650 calories)

Total calories: ~3550

Note: I use a kitchen scale to weigh my food.

Breakfast - Oatmeel with Banana
Lunch - It's eaither chicken or pork meat, with mashed potatoes or rice, sometimes a simple vegetable stew like ratatouille or something. Then a simple veggie soup.
Dinner - A normal sandwich with ham and lettuce, apple juice.
Snacks - Iogurt with a chocolate croissant

cba to go into detail but I almost never eat a defecit, I gained ~30kg in 3.5 years.
 
I (try to) eat around 2500 caloires a day. But I have always had issues with gaining weight, I always end up losing it one way or another.

I'll probably stop keeping track once I reach my weight goal and have an idea as to how much to eat to maintain that weight.

I'm currently underweight so I'm trying to eat a surplus of calories to put on weight.

I don't ever track what I eat but probably less than 2000 calories a day
 
Less than 2000 just not a big eater
