Would you ever consider creating an HR seminar or a powerpoint presentation for your friends so they understand the legal ramifications of your friendship?

I usually just talked about anime, manga and games with my past 2 friends. Don't really have a friend besides that. I get attached to people extremely easily so my boundaries are usually not that strict. But I think most people just consider me as "Someone I have heard about" rather than a friend, I'm "A connection" at best, probably.
