Seems like very few possess such an ability. The few that do have it participate in some sort of ranked sport or activity so they can see their failings shoved right in their face.

Otherwise they probably take compliments to heart, absolutely believe it when people tell them that they are beautiful or handsome. Imagine thinking that you're a chad or deserving a 9/10 guy because your friends and family say you do? Yeah, I can see it happening
