That's a contradiction, if they are lying to themselves they aren't blackpilled. Of course everyone 'knows' the truth on an instinctual level, because it's the biological imperative and evolution at work, that doesn't make them blackpilled.
One of the final blackpills is the realization that truth doesn't matter, and is in actuality, a cope. It is no coincidence that truth seems valuable in itself to incels but for Chad it's only valuable for its utility. It is, of course, not that incels are more intelligent than Chad innately, but rather incels retreat into their own minds and the world of abstract thinking because of their failure to satisfy their own drives in the outside world. For the incel, insisting on truth is a way seeking revenge against life by denying the value of acting in the world in favor of categorizing it and contemplating it, and indeed, finding the world wanting and rejecting it.
