What did you dislike/like about the game and is it worth getting.
I can only play it in third person. First person doesn't suit Resident Evil. I would have preferred if 7 had fixed camera angles to be honest but that would have put off causals.
It’s decent. I’d say play 7 first before jumping in. it’s the better game of the two. Much like RE2 and 3, they should be played in sort of a course-meal fashion.
Again, they don’t make games for people who would wholeheartedly appreciate them for what they are anymore. They’re looking at them through as many profitable lenses as they can, and as a result, they become less passionate and more of the same.

Allegedly, they toned down the horror aspect because “7 was too scary for everyone to play all the way to the end.”

I can’t get over the fact that you can’t look at Ethan’s face + cutscenes being in first person only is immersion breaking.
It's weird for sure but it's better than first person easily.
First person feels more intense. It’s how the game was meant to be played, honestly. I did do my speedrun of the game in third person, however. Much easier to get around the mansion and maneuver in third person when you’re on a controller.
Third person is more fun but less scary.
I just wish it had been revamped a little better. Feels really cheap and unpolished, similar to the first person mode for The Evil Within 2 where it’s objectively the inferior way to experience the game.

I looked it up and she's only in it for like an hour or so before being killed off. Pretty shit decision tbh.
i loved the game.
it was so much better than innovative compared to previous resident evil gaems we are too used to
