Here are the things that make me happy:
1 - Food (Fast food)
2 - Fapping
3 - Nature
4 - Daydreaming (my life is too fucking boring so I imagine scenarios where I'm a supernatural being or a hero in a fantasy world. It's a good cope tbh)
5 - Fantasy & Horror movies/books
6 - Watching my favorite football/soccer team
7 - Not going outside
