Estrogen in the environment, continually lowering testosterone levels. They have it under control. Think nigs are violents? The average whitey culture 40 years ago was just as accepting of violence (it wasn't as civilised as the boomers make it out to be) and their T levels were much higher. I do not think the trend with continue. But assuming it continues:
Women will overtake men in earnings, they will have both hard and soft power. They will be attractive due to women's health not being banned, and an estrogen-affirming feminine-centric environment. There will be a slightly increased gap in male and female obesity rates, assuming no potent medication released. Their biological manipulation will continue. Anti-depressants, other brain modifying chemicals, maybe even dopamine agonists will become common. They will be more sneaky in their manipulation (e.g. only anabolic steroids will a high anabolic:androgen ratio will be prescribed).
Extroverted men will decline; men, even normies, will prefer to stay at home and women will be outgoing (the reverse of nature). Autism will skyrocket, either they will change the diagnostics or autism will be well over 10%. Behavioural sink. Women will maintain their high standards, but men will actually become lower value due to unfavourable spawning conditions.
Many men will remain online or VR or whatever tech comes in the future, but small segments of men will rebel as a last stand. These will largely be neurodivergent men (autistic, perhaps mild psychotic), with a significant number of ethnic minorities and Islamists will exist. The current generation of incels will age and will have experience and assets to support to the movement. Suicide rates, suicide attacks will further rise. Chad will still be worshipped.
Apart from the gender war. Universal income will become a thing. Government will subsidize education even more, but people will lose interest in education just as much, knowledge will lose even more of its value and respect. Wagies will continue working (just under 35 hours) but more people will find themselves as NEETs, or in very unproductive jobs squeezed out thanks to government intervention. The West will use it's mass surveillance capabilities monitoring on an individual level via AI, picking up threats, but it is unlikely they will use data as blackmail. According to Moore's law, give it 16 years or so until GPUs can run basic versions of AI offline), but more importantly 16 years to develop domestic robots, allowing domestic virtual assistants as physical robots.
