So Im not a law expert but from what google tells me there multiple laws being broken. But I kinda wonder, what would the driver face? Like would he be given a felony, non criminal offense or misdomeaner? I know that technically when I got pulled over I was not in the criminal offense but close as my neglegent driving was in the 2nd degree witch is non criminal. 1st degree on the other hand is criminal. But and law-cels out there Im kinda curious.
