- The Tudors

Movies:

Harry Potter reruns, John wick 1 sometimes 2, avengement (cool beat em up/revenge movie), hostel trilogy. The punisher season1+2. Probably more but they're my recent go to.

Edit: also a movie called "the night comes for us" a very violent beat em fuck em up movie everyone should watch.

I know it's a normie show but I watch 'Friends' all the time, usually at night when I'm in bed and going to sleep. It's like the right amount of background noise to help me go to sleep, and I've seen all the episodes many times so nothing going on in the show catches my attention or surprises me. And it's not very funny either. So it's sort of like this generic show that is perfect for putting me to sleep better than anything else.
