It's really hard for me. Sometimes I notice signs but then I see my reflection on my phone or just take a look into my mirror and realize it probably all was a joke. Yea, that is why I added that second part to my post about the package deal and persistency. Those points are really important as guys tend to see one or things that may or may not bi IOI's and then obsess over it.
