I really wouldn’t be able to explain it well as I am in the middle of the show.
But surely I think @weaselbomber could probably explain the lore better than I can for sure.
But all I’m getting from my low iq brain is that it’s just a highschool MC who keeps getting wrapped up in supernatural problems called “oddities” that usually attach themselves to the girls that the MC encounters. There’s like god knows how many arcs per each female character and it focuses on each females emotional baggage taking in a form of a monster, curse or a spirit. There’s a lot of symbolism, dialogue, and wordplay. If you’re expecting fights, there’s barely any at all from where I am currently in the show. Also the toothbrush scene was pretty funny ngl.
