But of course these people don't even believe in science. They dismiss any scientific studies or evidence but have no evidence of their own and set up their own terms and conditions where all evidence that could possibly disprove their claims are dismissed, thus making their arguments unfalsifiable (if you go by their terms). Literally "trust me bro".

For starters saying we should only do things cavemen did is retarded enough. But they're inconsistent/hypocrites when it comes to this because they clearly have no problems using electricity, smartphones, indoor plumbing, cars, the internet etc...and yet they draw the line at cooking food? Being chronically online and claiming to live a "primal" lifestyle is like eating bacon everyday and claiming to be a vegan.

Not to mention they're not even correct about early humans not cooking food. Humans have been cooking veggies, meat and grains for hundreds of thousands of years.

What they mean by that is that we should live like we did a hundred years ago. That would at least make sense.
