They were day-drinking, talking and laughing obnoxiously loud, blasting NT music, playing volleyball. They all looked so care-free and happy with their friends while I was alone and self-conscious.
I didn't even want to take off my shirt after seeing all the broad-chested muscular Chads. I didn't want to go in the water after I saw all the couples embracing in the water. Nobody else was alone. I looked like such a creep there by myself.
