JFL Went to my local planet fitness yesterday

Fuck I was able to lift all the weights there and some dude there was ego lifting the 75 lb weights while sweating and somehow didnt even set off the lunk alarm, the lighting was pretty decent in there for a Planet Fitness and mainly went there just to bench JFL (just for laughs)

Smith machine, I benched 235 and ironically I can bench more on regular bench but they dont have a normal bench there
