I'd assume that, it wasn't Weed's intentions to give anyone viruses, that doesn't make any sense. I'd guess that the site's he linked are, just, risky, in that way. I could be wrong though, say something @Weed, unless it is the silence of the guilty!

You were talking about the first observations, you should be a lot more careful downloading files from the internet regardless what site it is.

We cant investigate every thread especially when taking care of other reports; doing moderation, taking care of ban appeals and threads. Especially when no one reports it.

I generally meant that it wasnt really possible for it to be that quick. Nobody was able to be there.
Well it was the host and Weed is generally trusted when it comes to these things. ( I dont think that was his intention)

I understand your pain very well.

I am currently thinking about proposing a virustotal rule for threads that are specific about uploading files. It doesnt happen here often and that would help users greatly to trust each other more
