well i need to see some doctors
do a hearing test
and finally taking my compensation from my last job (i quitted 1 year ago but only now im dealing with this shit.)
 
monday (today) - chest workout then some cardio
tuesday - back workout then some cardio
wednesday - some cardio
thursday - gotta go to autismbux job provider interview, some cardio (gona walk there and run back)
friday - shoulders then some cardio
saturday - deadlifts then some cardio

decided to do cardio daily now just for health & fitness purposes, i dont wanna get diabetes, and i miss the times when I could run without worrying about running out of breath, so I wanna get my fitness level back up and my cardiovascular fitness is really bad now since I neglected it for so long.
 
I am pretty much just bending metal all day at work and then going to bed right when I get home
