To me, it's Hikigaya Hachiman from Oregairu

As an incel, i can empathize with him on different levels. This guy has gone through so much bullying and rejection by his peers, which turned him into cynical loner, plus he's kinda ugly and seems pilled. Of course, it doesnt change the fact that Hachiman gets a chance to ascend with 2 jbs: Yukino and Yui, I still find him to be quite fascinating.
