Larson had a good term (though I don't know that he coined it?) which I think would aptly describe nearly-celibate people like destitute escortcels who occasionally get sex by paying for it but who are too poor to afford it more than one a year or some shit like that.

No idea how such a good term got steered into that weird Forced Banana / Rapey direction, WTF happened there? Did it have more humble beginnings?

If 'near' is too vague maybe "monthcels" because you're so poor you can only hire an escort to fuck once a month, whereas the healthy ideal in society is you have sex with your wife at least twice a week.
