What needs to done (in the western democracies) is considered far too extreme to most people. It's the only way though. I've listed them in order of priority:
(1) Remove womens' right to vote
(2) Eliminate all welfare systems
(3) Eliminate all public education systems

(5) Make abortions punishable by death

There are massive incentives currently in place that encourage job-related lookism. People want to work with other beautiful people. Such incentives, which are rooted in evolutionary biology, override any sort of pure and idealistic fantasies us incels might have about how the job world ought to work. People naturally care too much about looks.
The only way to override our biology is to make laws that take it into account and enforce said laws; to change the incentives at a cultural level that can override our biological drives.
Women do not agree on this at all. And there are biological reasons why they'll likely never agree on it. Men making laws that force women to agree is the only way forward as far as I can tell.
