A slur like this with any impact will probably never exist. Anyone who uses the slur will also be targetting themselves with it, so it would just fall flat. All uses of the term would just come across as hypocritical or self-loathing, so the term would struggle to be very provocative.

I know you have no problem with it. The issue is that almost anyone being criticised for being a human by another human probably won't care much. From personal experience, the only insults that impact me significantly involve making me feel inferior to others (eg. being called ugly, short, etc.). If I were insulted by another human over being a human myself, there would be no feeling of inferiority to them, and their insult wouldn't be nearly as effective as a result.
