i would have die as a infant if humans were living in forrest and we didnt had hospitals. which would let nature cover his mistakes. plus natural selection would pay a much higher role. and term of "incel" would barely exist.

Well yes, to a degree I agree. Maybe not killing off the weak necessarily, but those with genetic defects or weaknesses not having kids. Maybe getting financial incentives to do so. Our society would still make a "profit" if so.
Imagine if all people with a predisposition to schizophrenia, or heart disease, got an extra $15k a year to not have kids. Within one generation, our medical debts would plummet.
Hell, I have neither, but I'd happily accept that money since I don't have kids anyway.
