And even then: Insecurities are justified when you cannot do anything. A doctor is confident in his abilities because he saved a patient's life yesterday and knows that he can do it at almost any given time, a normal person would panick in the same position as the doctor because he doesn't have that certainty. It only makes sense to be insecure if you a) don't know what to do or b) know that you don't have what it takes to succeed or c) think that the latter thing applies by doubting your own abilities due to having had no success in the path.
