It's quite common for villains to have incelic characteristics. On the movie Unbreakable (2000) there is a line about it. @tulasdanslos is right, this is made to dehumanize the character. Very rarely you'll see ugly foids being villains, they are more commonly portraited as victims.

Even works of fiction are made to oppress incels and prop foids up.
