They're trying to affect economical sanctions in a way towards the forums @Master owns. There isn't really a way @Master could face penalties criminally as these organizations may pursue. Even so, @Master wouldn't be held responsible for the "hateful" threads/replies of other forum members because he has no duty to enforce any penalties against one.
I'd also consider gathering evidence of this and any profits expended in extra trying to keep the forum afloat (I know you make earnings off this somehow). A main argument they'd have to prove is that your forums are the sole reason for someone going "ER/mass shooting." Claiming something made as free speech as a reason to commit a crime *shouldn't* be against any law. I'd use the Sedition Act expiring as an argument because "mass shooters" are typically seen/viewed as enemies of the state/terrorists.
While these acts were originally designed to stop malicious talk about the government, they were made in form to discourage the success of any inconveniences or hardships of the government. I would argue that this idea apples here because we're making free speech which could not be favorable to not only toilets but governments as there is constant talk of how "the kiked system" and etc.
While this may seem like a defense, it can be used both ways. This could support a case of slander and damages. The damages would be economically and activity wise to you as many inkwells would be nervous to participate in this website due to fear of retaliation from the government or these other organizations.

Whose side is the legal system on? The truth, I think, is that the site would lose the case. Judges and courts claim to be fair and impartial, but it's pretense, they're just on the side of the system. They'd go in with a verdict reached and virulent hatred to all things "incel," and for the court case itself basically just pretend to neutrally consider both sides.
True, and I don't think anything is likely to happen, at least not anytime soon. However, something isn't illegal until it is. It wasn't illegal to be married to a retarded TRA who would throw you in jail for not wanting your child to be mutilated, but that guy in Canada was arrested and imprisoned just the same.

Anyone can buy a computer, set up a server and host a website/mailing list server etc. . You can set up your own server if no-one is willing to rent you server(s). The only problem could be that no Internet service provider could be willing to connect your server to the Internet. Other problem is that no one would find your website, if your address consists of only numbers and is not findable on any search engine.

This type of defamation is only considered socially acceptable because nobody in society is more hated than us men and boys. Remember, males are in the 21st century what Blacks were in the 18th. Society hates us and only sees us as objects to work the fields while they attempt to destroy any type of male organisation, including support groups and domestic violence shelters.

As much as I dislike the CCDH, I believe their activities are protected by the First Amendment and I do not see this as anything that could even remotely resemble a winning case. I think Master is on the wrong track here, but I am no longer part of this forum's leadership team, and I am reluctant to criticize someone who has otherwise made great contributions to the development of the incel community, so I will not elaborate further.

Well, even though you are relatively inexperienced and unpracticed in Law at this early stage, I appreciate your feedback. Basically what I am looking for is to understand whether this is worth it. And of course I'm sure @Master is doing all the necessary homework himself. I am generally of the mind that if going on the offensive sets a precedent, then so be it, it should be done. Yes, they do have their freedom of speech, but the intersection of that with our rights to exist without inconvenience or even punitive action from hosts is where their rights end and ours begin.
