If you live in Germany, you should know by now that you usually get a job if you have connections / ties to someone who is already working in the company you want to apply at.

It has happened to me and to a former friend of mine.

In the company I used to work for EVERYONE was either related to someone from the company, married into the family or was friends with someone who works / worked there.

And if you SOMEHOW manage to seep through the cracks / the net, prepare to be kicked out soon or work your ass off like a slave because as an outsider you will be on constant watch by the group and they will load of the grunt work on you.
If you do well, you will be "liked" and showered with "compliments" for being such a good worker, while they will be laughing behind your back.

The whole normie german society is sick as fuck and quite frankly I wouldn't mind if we'd eradicate all normie Germans.
