-normies are really good at memorizing everything at school and not questioning anything

-normies are good at doing assigned homework, and studying for tests with other normies and foids

-normies are perfect health, high energy levels all the time
-after years and years of wagecucking normies become the 'norm' worker who can do repetitive work assigned to them


Ok it looks bleak.. what advantages do we have how can we compete with that?

-free thinking/creativity.. a normie will never have an outside the box thinking
-a normie can't question what he was taught, even if that is no longer working

-normies also have very busy social lives on evenings and weekends, whereas we have no life so can dedicate real time
-normies have no individual initiative, they can do homework assigned to them and study stuff that is going to be on test, but they can't look into new stuff on their own

What matters more than your actual ability to do the job well is your ability to navigate workplace politics, make the right people respect you, etc. If you are incel most likely your social skills are dogshit. You sat at home jerking off and playing video games instead of gaining experience in a social environment. If you were an outcast in high school and college, unpopular, not respected, etc. then you will most likely fall into the lower rungs of your workplace hierarchy.
