As someone whos worked out, lost over 58 kg in the past 5 years, and looked decently well for awhile now, I can say that working out is a scam if you're trying to get women, but only if you're already ugly.
Sure, men who are above average and are nerfed by their weight do exist, but I think it's a rare case. In my case, I was ugly and disgusting before, and now I'm still ugly and disgusting, but with a leaner body and some muscle.
I heard a friend talking to a fat guy about how "if you want to date more, then you need to lower your expectations; I get women who walk up to me but not everyone can have that."
I'm rethinking our friendship.
But back to the topic, him saying that made me think about how some men just happen to get women who walk up to them. This has never happened to me, aside from once when I was really young in grade school. But at that time I had no real interest in anything but my passions.
I imagine that the fat dude that my friend was talking to has never had any women walk up and show interest in him. And losing weight didn't work for me in this regard, so will it help that guy?
This is a lot of rambling. Sorry. But it really is insane how people can just live normal lives where people are attracted to them and they can live out love like how it's seen in the movies and such. Growing up as an ugly man has made me realize that nothing is like the movies when you're ugly.
Because when you're exhausted after working out in hopes of getting one girl to like you, and you see people who have never had to try, living the life you want, you start to wonder if life is really even worth it for someone like you.
