At first try to get back to normal sleep schedule, wake up before 9AM, go to sleep earlier than 11:59PM.

Going outside would be necessary unfortunately, go to places you never been before just for a walk at least.

When you just sit in front of PC whole day, every day, 365 days a year time flies because of routine.
