On down time, you should watch shows you watched in your childhood to somewhat allow you to forget the present and reminisce about how wonderful your childhood was
I already do this, one of the few copes that works on me

it just makes me sad and wish I could go back to those times
Merlin 2008 and Smallville, but I mostly watch movies since they don't take a lot of time and play some old videogames I used to have on my ps2
Fun to watch but sometimes quite sad
