There have been interviews from multiple Israeli border guards and they all say it's literally impossible for them to blow up the wall and escape undetected. It's not even remotely possible because they have motion capture cameras around the whole thing, with surveillance guards 24/7.

So undoubtedly 100% this was allowed to happen by Israel.
