I was having some smalltalk with a truecel coworker of mine today. He is 5"3ft, has Aspergers and is facially a 3/10. There isnt a single feature that makes him subhuman, but his face looks very weird and has 0 harmony. We were talking about getting rejected by job applications and he started to talk that as soon as they would see his photo in his application they would reject him immediately because he is too ugly. He also started talking about how the companies will only accept applications of foids and i agreed with him and added that they would only accept good looking men and he agreed as well.

Felt good talking with someone who isnt a complete bluepilled cuck and who at least acknowledges parts of the blackpill. I wonder if he lurks this forum

Better that they have to spend time and money first. That way their lookism costs them something. Also create more opportunities to sue.

Is there a lot of demand in Europe for change in this practice? If I were in EU, I would want to change this. Make it into a political issue. Propaganda showing an idiot filtering resumes by looks and hiring an incompetent, contrasted with a smart person who covers the photos and looks at their skills and experience and hires a better employee, that could do something. Maybe a "rate my interviewer" site where one of the categories is how much you think they care about looks vs ability?

There will be an email trail before and after your face reveal, so you will be able to show how warm and excited they were before, and how they suddenly went cold. People are surprisingly retarded. They might cancel your interview when you come in and they see your face! They can't convincingly argue that they did it for any other reason if they do that.

They also want to talk to your former managers for this reason, they are sales leads they can use themselves or sell to someone else. Other than that, it's just an obnoxious popularity check. "Name 3 people who won't bad-mouth you on the phone."

There are sites where you can hire jeets to be your reference. You can also look up companies that are no longer in business and make a work history out of those. Again, hire a jeet to pose as your manager and praise you. This is how smart felons cover up their resume gaps caused by prison.
