San Fiero is "technically" a reimagined San Francisco city in the GTA game, look when you go from Las Venturas (by the bridge) into San Fiero. it is that same San Francisco famous bridge.

in San Fiero, yeah there is one small area mimmicking chinese costumes, but it is tiny.
gta chinatown wars the actual game is truly the most complete with that theme.

I remember when gta3 was new, my cousin had it on PC, i was 11 years old. It was breathtaking.

the PS2 version is the one im playing. the pc version is a bit crooked, but with mods it far exceeds the console counterpart.
same goes for Vice City and San Andreas on PC.
devs were too busy polishing the console versions better than what was being Played on the computer.
