Back in school I had a friend who spent the most hours playing and was still the worst. And I’m talking about any game; FIFA, COD, r6, overwatch etc. It doesn’t how much hours he’d spend appearing offline grinding, he was always just bad. Then I had another friend who would pick up any game and after a few hours of playing he’d be one of the best in my group. He didn’t have to put any hours in. It just came to him

Everything is genetic

I think IQ affects gaming, that alone means there's a genetic factor in it.

Gaming is 100% genetic. I remember back when covid started. I would grind Fortnite for hours learning building mechanics, boxing etc. After training for 3years and got beat by a 12 :reeeeee: :feelsseriously: yo on fortnite 1v1's. I rage quit and stopped playing.

Reflexes and quick thinking skills (which you need for comp. games) are genetic

Not 100% but most of it is genetic.

Eh I'd rather play Cod. I also played Fort on my Switch so I cant install any hacks. I have a ps4 so I'm switching to Cod which I'm much better at.

I'm really good at fighting games though and learning combos. That's more my thing.
Super smash bros, Dragon ball z BT3, Mortal kombat, Street fighter.
If anyone up 4 smash ult just give me the nintendo I'd. :feelzez:

Born to game.

Understand the mechanisms, but one would argue Reflexes are indeed Genetic.

I suck at racing games. I'm that one guy in 30th place trying to figure out the controls while crashing into buildings. :feelskek:
I'd love to play those but I just can't get good at them.
You need to play Gran Turismo sir! to git the gist of how to corner and brake in Time.

Definitely yes. IQ, eyesight, reaction time, hormone levels which are related to anxiety and FOF responses, reflex arc speed, all of those are effected by genetics.

it became a regular occurance to my eyes that chads are starting to mog incels even at gaming.

Talent is genetic, blackpill is everywhere

It's all geeeneeeesss

Some people may have more experience with different genres, leading to some games being easier for some and not others

Idk I am good at games usually

I reached global 700 within the first day of stumble guys

Reflex games, maybe.

Beyond that, it's mostly about the time you're willing to commit.

I'm naturally bad at games. It's all about reaction time, which I don't have

Yes, because there are some people who put thousands of hours into a game and they get to maybe average rank and then there are some people who put that same time into a game and they go pro

Yes, many genetic factors influence how you play games

How the fuck can you be shit at COD ☠️ ☠️

Genes = EVERYTHING

In a lot of ways; i do believe it is. I remember being constantly bad at online shooters (except tf2 as sniper) but my friends were good at them. I prefer shooters with bots in them

im pretty decent at shooters on both kb&m and controller but im just absolute dogshit at br games. low game sense and awareness + cortisol spikes
many professional players report being much better than their peers when starting a game in addition to improving much faster

I noticed you're more likely to get good at a game if you really like the game

It's literally just IQ with sharp problem solving and good gaming sense.

Yeah, I do believe being good at games is genetics.

I realized this when playing Touhou. I realized how awful my reaction speed is.

I know there's an Asian kid in Japan (well gazillions of them), that would kick my ass in any 1v1 video game.
