Anytime I have ever left the basement nothing but terrible things have happened and I instantly regretted it. I have so many painful memories that will be on repeat tell the day I die because I was deluded and thought that the reason I was anxious and felt like the world hated me was just because I didn't put myself out there enough when I was younger and develop the same skills everyone else did. As a result of this I thought immersion therapy was the answer. Imagine an ugly, short, acne ridden, deformed male making an effort to talk to people and constantly putting himself out there and trying new things only to be meant with daily abuse and torment no matter what I did. It was trial and error with zero success. Finally I now know and it explains everything, it was just that I was deformed and ugly, so my life was and is a living nightmare until I die
