I personally hate excess meetings. Sadly I have many at my corp. Meetings for everything and anything. Far far too many meetings. Most of the time, can leave camera off, and so I do just that. And just do actual work while meeting to the side so I know when to speak. Nonetheless this is giga annoying.

Not being able to leave even though I have finished.

I have been praised for finishing all my work on days I didn't do anything but stayed an extra hour, and scolded for being lazy and leaving early despite finishing more work than was expected.

Superficial business merit bullshit culture > Actually valuable contributions to the company. That is what I hate most about waging.
