so I've got two jobs lined up for me and idk which one to take, both pay pretty much the same
one is a warehouse job for a home decor store and the other is at a giant retail store picking orders like a digital shopper/instacart thing

My last job was essentially a warehouse job so I'm not scared of back breaking work.

If you do back breaking work, always make sure to decompress your whole spine properly.

It will help you in the long run and you won't get issues such as slipped discs, herniated discs and bulged discs.

Also, learn how to lift properly to protect your back.

Trust me, you don't want to ruin your back as an incel.

You don't want any sort of customer facing work, even one that's indirect
