I do translation/interpreter/guide jobs on my own for tourists and foreigners who come to my country. But i mostly use that as a facade to also Sell weed and cocaíne to them at very high price.

This gives me plenty of time to practice/studying music and guitar, gymcelling and trying to be as healthy as possible.
