We discovered somatic-cell nuclear transfer and gene therapy years ago, but it's about to become even easier with CRISPR/Cas9, high-throughput sequencing, and now artificial wombs. Unfortunately, none of this would get past one of those silly ethics committees. Still, fun to think about.

I mean, I'm not a sadist. It was cancer research and there's really very few viable alternatives to a mouse model. Do you know what's worse? There are plenty of brands which test their cosmetics on animals. That's right, these SJWs care more about the treatment of animals used for medical research, and then turn a blind eye to the animals which die just because foids are insecure.
