| The only truly existing values are the objectives, that is, the laws of operation of the universe. if we take it at the foot of the letter, as it should be done, we will observe that life consists of an existence with infinite possibilities, where the validity and development of each one will depend on the will or occurrences in an individual. in itself, we have 3 values that are the pillars of the existence of all living beings on earth: Violence, Adaptation and Evolution. There is nothing outside the totality of existence that we call nature. there is not a single path, there are several, and all of them, in the end, converge with each other, generating movement, life and death. the human argument that their social values are represented in nature is wrong, as such "values" are based on the denial of the totality of the system and therefore compromise the functioning of everything. the occurrences of what we call Crimes are the basis of nature. every day, hundreds of millions of beings are killed, destroyed, crushed, eaten alive, skinned, raped, injured, mutated, eaten alive and many other things that are committed by other beings of different species or the same species. cannibalism is practiced by numerous species ranging from the polar bear to scorpions and specific types of spiders. Rape is committed by several species on purpose, such as dolphins and seals, which often rape penguin chicks, including the emperor penguin. abortion and famicide is constantly carried out by species such as kangaroos and elephants, which, for example, kill defective offspring. Observing nature, we see that whatever we fear due to the fear of death is the vital basis of existence and is therefore inevitable. even the most rigid or authoritarian system will always succumb to the violent principles of adaptation and evolution of existence. Nature is a compulsive criminal. Therefore, it is futile to think that studying criminal cases will prevent the development of criminality. on the contrary. violence is inevitable as long as life exists. then, we realize that in the end, life is a huge game, where the winner is the one who manages to pass on his achievements and realize his dominion and supremacy. in other words: life is one big battle. likewise, persecution and the formation of increasingly rigid laws will not solve the problem. in fact, they make it even worse. which means that it is impossible to end violence. to end violence would be to destroy the universe itself. |
