I really do believe a major issue facing our culture is that women straight up have no idea how to talk to men. I mean this in the sense that women will cross boundaries of discourse with zero repercussions where if a man crosses that same boundary they are open to physical confrontation. We as men are intuitively aware of this when we are around other men. When you are talking to another man there is this unspoken understanding that if either of you "cross the line" then violence is on the table. However even more importantly the culture as a whole has an intuitive understanding of where this line is and if it is crossed than using violence is morally permissible.
When the dynamic is changed to a male-female interaction the bar is raised so drastically high that almost anything is permissible for the woman to engage in. Unless she is literally a clear threat to your life with a knife/gun then any use of violence is subject to the most harsh moral condemnation by soyciety. And even under certain situations lethal threat still may not serve as a moral justification. Women being raised this way has drastically changed the way they interact with men. To the point where you can have sitting congresswomen laughing at short men and getting praised for it by her constituents. This really speaks to how far women know they can push men.
Now I'm not saying the bar should be lowered to be on par with men. You can call me cucked for still holding onto the principle of some chivalrous standards idc. However what is clear is the bar for women needs to be lowered quite substantially. When men interact they realize that in the event of disrespectful remarks; violence is on the table. But again more importantly soyciety morally permits violence under such circumstances. Women need to feel that their words have real violent consequences. They need to feel that if a line is crossed then violence is on the table but more importantly soyciety will not morally condemn the men who use violence on these women.
This GoT clips highlights it very well imo. Now if a man had belittled Robert's masculinity in this way he would likely get killed or seriously beaten up. However when his wife does it...she gets a slap on the face. I think that is a fairly proportionate response and one our soycierty should normalize. Doing so will help raised women who understand how to actually talk to men.

I have more thoughts on this as well I might discuss at some point. Specifically how the lack of a violent option for men against women leaves them with no defense and how this seriously fucks with them.
