Anyone who wants to forbid AI to generate cp images really wants to forbid AI in general.
There is no viable way to stop AI doing this.
In its training set, there are (clothed) children and nude women and once AI knows how children and nudity look like it can just combine both.
You can rigorously filter the training data, but this would cripple it's capabilities.
For example, it's not enough to just remove images of children, if there were images of fictional dwarves in the training set, then you'd just say "naked dwarves", etc.
That's what AI is all about, the ability to recombine different concepts like a guinea pig with fish scales.
It can only work if you completely ban local AI and make it only accessible through web APIs from big NWO-corpos.
