NSFW [Venting] Why are people so unimaginably cruel to each other?

I'm glad that I wasn't born then tbh. But that's a good point, I guess I'm not necessarily opposed to the notion of killing, only slow, painful methods of carrying it out.

Like I said initially, I really shouldn't think too deeply about this topic, it upsets me too much. I hate the thought of people having to endure pain of this magnitude.
Personally I wish I was born back then, in modern times you’ll be stomped on, pushed over, spit at, and mocked yet they won’t kill you. Bullying is simply man’s way of actively aiding natural selection. If I lived back in those times I would’ve been killed off quickly and I wouldn’t have to go through years of enduring constant and unapologetic cruelty to the point where I decide to end my own life. In 1st world nations cruelty has taken on a new face yet the intent and malevolence hasn’t changed nor subsided. We’ve simply found a new way to carry out our viciousness.

In your case, I guess one could say you lucked out. If you were to witness violence on this scale more likely than not you went looking for it or at the very least chose to observe. If such videos have a lasting impact on you, maybe you should take up the desensitized position that you preached against. The nobility, sovereignty, and value of man is often overblown

Imagine Nordic people would become brutal like this. We would dominate the world.

Humanity is a disgusting, wretched species
