I realised that many years ago, and i cannot believe how much of a valve fanboy i was as a teen even when i still pirated for pc and mostly played console

At least they don't talk shit openly like Phil Spencer does and Microsoft.
When they do presentations they at least claim that they do it all for the gamers first.

Nobody cares about anyone its all farce
Valve fuck gamers less then Xbox,Sony, Nintendo cause you can all ways priate video games or use other storefront but these console makers know people who leave their box so pay for online and enjoy those key carts on switch 2,1
Valve doesn't, but their Steam ecosystem is a positive. They'll probably connect with making good hardware eventually, also.
They haven't cared about gamers since early Dota 2 days. They went completely into shit company territory by 2016 and ruined Dota 2 forever. Then they had to ruin CSGO too with CS2 update, not released anything good in past 12 years. They are dead to me. I'm still glad Steam exists as it's easiest way of playing games, but it's just their platform while Valve as a game dev company can't offer anything to me.
whatever makes more profits, they focused on easy money making scheme milking Dota 2 and CS cosmetics, Steam and Steam Community Market
