You know why Chad is so confident? It's because he's always validated no matter what he does. Validation is very important. When you are validated you keep doing what you are doing because of the positive response you get. Likewise when the response is negative, you tend to stop what you are doing.
That's why Chad can act like a prick and still keep doing it because he still gets a positive response. You try doing it and see if people will give you the same response.
However validation isn't just a Chad thing, it's very important for determining whether you will be a winner or loser.
What do people who go to places like Harvard, Oxbridge, IIT etc have over normies apart from being fucking smart?
It's the fact they are confident because they have been validated. People tell them you are set on the path of success, you can be a winner. You are made to be someone important
When you have that confidence, you can take bigger risks like starting your own firm. You have the confidence to go to a meeting with C level executives as a fresh graduate who just entered McKinsey or Goldman Sachs. You have the confidence to tell these big shots your proposal strategy.
Can I imagine anyone here at 22 fresh out of college telling some CEO what his next strategy should be for his company? Of course not! None of you believe you can do it and even if you did, no one would have confidence to trust you with it.
So fuck anyone who talks confidence as some tiny thing you fake. Real confidence is built from a lifetime of validation!
