Autists don’t really have a neutral. We’re always hyperfixating on something and it’s hard to break out of it. But checklists kind of exploit that hyperfixation

“I must do list of chores for 10 hours and fill out checklist or it’s JUST NOT RIGHT AND I’LL THROW A TANTRUM”

Think I'll keep doing nothing

If you’re autistic you need to do one micro task at a time. Otherwise you’ll insta zone out and relapse back into 12 hours no mercy hyper-gooning

90% of my procrastination happens because I stonewall at a micro-task. This singlehandedly ruins my life

Same. I want a checklist. I want a checklist for everything. Its much better and prettier to throw a checklist on everything.
