35-40: you're probably better off forgetting about women and developing solid old bachelor copes. Even SEA game and other JBW games are going to be nigh impossible.

30-35: if you invest a lot of time and effort into it, you might be able to pull off JBW with a soft 3 in a very poor country like Somalia. If you're not white, replace JBW with "passport game" or "sugardaddy game", and lower the SMV of women by 1.

25-30: the same, but upgrade Somalia to Peru.

20-25: if you invest a lot of time and effort into it, you can land a western woman who is 0 to 2 in SMV, run JBW with 0 to 4 women in SEA or EE, and JBW with 0-5 women in extremely poor countries.

15-20: same but add 1 point of SMV to each type of woman.

Any kind of party, even with relatives, counts as a birthday party.

The reason birthday parties are so important is that they are a very accurate description of both your psychological state and your social standing: no birthday party means that you hate yourself, that your social life failed long ago, that you have lost all hope and that you dread the future instead of welcoming it. And that you don't even want to accommodate your mother's wishes anymore.
