Scotlands new hatespeech law prescribes 7 years behind bars for calling a fag a fag and did not include hate on women as that would come in a later law.

Some snips:

• An offence of misogynistic behaviour. Intended to deal with misogynistic behaviour which is likely to have the effecting of causing a woman or girl to experience fear, alarm, degradation, humiliation or distress where that behaviour is not directed at a specific woman or girl (or group of women and girls) and so could not be described as ‘harassment’.
• An offence of stirring up hatred against women and girls. This offence is concerned with the effect that the behaviour may be likely to have on the people in whom the perpetrator is seeking to stir up hatred of women and girls.
• The report cites examples of how the offence may be committed such as an 'incel' who encourages his social media followers to assault women who refuse to have sex with men who have taken them on a date, and an extremist religious preacher who advocates physical punishment of women who have sex outside of marriage.

Interesting. If, for example, the new "misogyny" law prescribed the same sentence as the fag law (7 years), the whole thing may backfire. At that point, Scotcels may as well just grape foids. Either way, they're going to prison for a long time, so they may as well make the most of it.

One thing that I would also like to add is that all of the men who would be convicted as a result of these proposed "misogyny" laws will need to be housed and fed, and that doesn't come cheap. I'm not sure what the economy is like in Scotland, but it could be about to get a whole lot worse.
