If nothing else, the most important lesson I’ve taken from the bp is that everything is basically based on mathematical calculations. When someone anglemaxx in photos they are changing the proportions between the thirds of the face, masking the volumes, trying to find an ideal perspective.
This would be a .org post if it weren’t for the fact that it’s a behavior that also shapes daily life, my interactions are totally skewed and I can’t talk to people without them noticing the deformity in my expression. When you talk to someone, in a fraction of a second a cartesian product happens, and the person already knows who you were, who you are, and what you could become, what you might say, whether you’re worth their time or should be discarded.
Our whole life is built on a selection of favorable traits, and if you don’t have some of them the only thing left is to hide for the rest of your days.
So we’ve always been at the mercy of numbers and the operations between them.
And there’s no cure for the indisputable.
